It is optional to create an account. You can easily order without creating one. Also, you can log in at any stage of ordering, before putting the products into shopping chart or even when the order is ready.

Why should you create an account or log in? Here are some good reasons for you:

- IT IS EASY! It will only take a moment to fill our your data. Alternatively you can connect via Facebook, which takes no time at all;

- Next time you want to make an order your data (shipping addresses,contacts etc) will be pre-filled;

- You can check your orders and invoices in the web page if you log in;

- As a registered customer, you can buy some products with considerable discount;

- From time to time we also make special offers by e-mail to our registered customers;

- As soon as your orders total to 300 euros, you automatically start to get personal loyal customer discount -10%, additionally to all offers to our webpage.
 

- Choose the products you like and add them to shopping chart by clicking the button „Add to shopping cart“. You can change the number of pieces in the shopping cart or remove the products completely. Once you have added all products you like, click the button „View shopping cart“

- Choose the means of transport, check your data and after you have read our conditions, click the button „Confirm data“ and then „Payment“

- After you have chosen means of payment, the order is completed and you will be sent immediately copy of invoice. Should you not get copy of invoice right after purchase, please contact us at mailto:info@siidisukk.ee to verify your e-mail address

Orders over 60 EUR will be delivered free of charge internationally

Average delivery time would be 3-5 working days in Estonia and 5-7 days for international orders. In case the goods you order are out of stock or on arrival from the factory, we will advise you asap by e-mail and we agree new delivery time or refund.

You have a right to return the goods within 14 days from arrival. We will exchange the goods or give you a refund.
Please note, you can only return the goods if the package is unopened and the items have not been tried on or worn.
Defected goods can be returned any time when opened.

Please notify us by  mailto:info@siidisukk.ee before returning the goods and we will instruct you how to do so.

Depending on your wish we will refund the money or send the exchange goods our after recieving the package.
